Rehabilitation Program
Our rehabilitation program serves patients requiring medical and rehabilitative services and supervision. Typical patients have traumatic diagnoses and need rehabilitative services, however, are medically stable.
What We Treat
Our Medical and Rehabilitative Team can treat:
- Patients requiring conditioning
- Patients needing to regain function after injury or trauma (such as car/ATV accident, significant falls, etc.)
- Patients needing additional rehab post-surgery
- Patients learning to utilize adaptive equipment
- Muscular Dystrophy
- Patients in need to regain usable function of limbs and ability to ambulate
We are a stepping stone between the hospital and home. We can offer patients on-site Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy while providing peer-based care with other patients with a multitude of clinical needs.
